The beta-testing, demo version of ACIS software is installed on test.acis.openlib.org site.

Here is an attempt to list the things we yet need to do:

First priority

… before it can become RePEc Author Service.

allow non-english and non-latin personal names at initial registration
spam-obfuscation of emails
academic contributions profile (research profile) (draft specification in Russian)
import ReDIF personal templates data
write out ReDIF templates
several smaller, but important bits and pieces
migrate the actual service

Not as urgent

script, which will process incoming mail, to confirm registrations by email

ACIS, stage 1

Additionally, to make the thing comply with ACIS project’s Kathmandu document, the following needs to be done:

AMF input and output
automatic contribution profile support system (draft spec in Russian)
installation script and documentation
system administrator’s documentation

In fact these and some more minor items are listed and detailed in our internal, Russian-language Schedule document. It is often updated, and I will continue to do so, but now it reflects the state of things we had about a week ago.
